The terms that govern the use of this website and the beta access request form.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by DB Innovation S.r.l., registered office at Viale IV Novembre, 8, 51016 Montecatini Terme (PT), Italy — VAT IT02117080479. For anything concerning these terms, write to contact@royalpie.it.

2. What this website is

royalpie.it is an informational website. It presents the Royalpie project and lets you ask to be contacted when the closed beta opens. Nothing on this website is a service you can sign up for, buy or use: there are no accounts, no payments and no functionality beyond reading the pages and sending a beta access request.

3. Requesting beta access

• Sending the form is free and creates no obligation for either side. It is a request, not a contract: it does not entitle you to access, and we may open the beta to a limited number of people, in an order we decide, or not at all.
• You must be at least 16 years old to send a request, and the name and email you provide must be your own and correct.
• Ticking the consent box is required to send the request. By ticking it you accept these terms and confirm you have read the Privacy Policy.

4. Being contacted, and how to stop it

By ticking the box and sending the form you ask us to contact you by email: when the beta goes live, so you can take up your place, and in the meantime with news and marketing communications about Royalpie — announcements, project updates, information about how it will work. We will not use your address for anything else, and we will never pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

You can stop these communications whenever you want, at no cost: write to contact@royalpie.it asking to be removed. We will delete you from the waiting list and stop writing to you. Every email we send also carries the same instruction.

5. Acceptable use of the website

• Do not submit false, fake or third-party details, and do not send automated or repeated requests through the form.
• Do not attempt to probe, overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to this website or the systems behind it.
• Do not copy or reuse the content of this website beyond ordinary quotation with attribution.

If a request appears fraudulent or abusive, we may discard it without notice.

6. Intellectual property

The Royalpie name, the logo, the texts, the graphics and the design of this website belong to DB Innovation S.r.l. Third-party names and trademarks that may appear on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

7. Availability and liability

The website is provided “as is”. We aim to keep it available and its content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, and the information published — including anything about future features or timing — may change. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law grants you.

8. Links to other sites

This website links to third-party sites (for example our social profiles and our company website). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices; once you follow a link, that site's own terms apply.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the court of your place of residence or domicile remains competent; in all other cases the court of Pistoia, Italy, has jurisdiction.
